Here at ICON, we are proud to be able to offer both full and partial hire to our guests, with two stunning locations to choose from. What Spaces Are Available?
We have two locations available: Coffee & Brunch House, and Community Coffee House. Each has their own fantastic vibe about them, and we’re sure that one of them could be everything that you’re dreaming of for your event.
Coffee & Brunch House is the larger of our venues, being able to hold up to 50 guests at a time, making it the perfect solution for larger gatherings.
Community Coffee House on the other hand has a more intimate feel to it, being able to cater for 25 guests maximum, the space is more ideal for those looking for a smaller get togethers.
A Fantastic Spot For Perfect Pictures
We know how important it is in this day and age to keep your Instagram up to date, and nobody wants to post pictures in a place that looks like it hasn’t had much thought put into it. The great news is that both of our locations are extremely Instagrammable, with natural lighting brightening up the place, and a warm, modern aesthetic.
The interior of both locations has been designed deliberately, creating stylish spaces for all of our guests, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable here. We opted for a beautiful mix of warm and light, finding the perfect balance for our customers, and their pictures.
What Events Can Be Held Here?
Our Surbiton locations are fantastic for any locals who are looking to hold any kind of event. Our venue staff are always friendly and here to help, with our locations being flexible on layout design for your event. This means that no matter the event, as long as it remains within the maximum capacity, we can handle it.
Coffee & Brunch House tends to be the better choice for birthday parties, corporate events Surbiton businesses are looking to host, baby showers, and other larger gatherings. This venue is fully licensed until 11pm, allowing us to serve alcohol to guests until then.
Community Coffee House is a more ideal choice for those smaller, more intimate gatherings such as a small party, a relaxed get together, or even a business workshop. We are proud to be able to cater for both small businesses as well as residents and small social groups with our event space in Surbiton.

It’s important to us that we are able to provide you with the quality that you are looking for, while also providing you with exactly what you want. Food and drink options can be arranged for every single event we host, whether you require a light brunch spread or a grazing board, we can do this.
